Service Description

๐Ÿ“ Location: Grey Lynn Library Hall, 474 Great North Road, Grey Lynn - there is a carpark and nearby bus stop (8114) just a 3-minute walk away. ๐Ÿ•– Time: Doors open from 7:00 PM - you can arrive anytime and settle in. Class runs from 7:15 PM - 8:00 PM (45 mins). What to Expect This class is designed for gentle, functional bodyweight exercises in a flexible and pressure-free space. Whether you're here to move, stretch, or simply exist in the space - you're welcome as you are. Instructors will provide: โœ… 10 minutes of gentle dynamic stretching to warm up โœ… 25 minutes of low-intensity exercise intervals (adaptable to all levels) โœ… 10 minutes of mindful, static stretching to finish ๐Ÿ™† Modifications: for most exercises, weโ€™ll offer two versions - one thatโ€™s gentler and another thatโ€™s more challenging, so you can choose what works best for you. ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Two instructors: one instructor will visually demonstrate the exercises the entire time. The other will demonstrate the gentler versions and verbally describe each movement for added clarity. โœจ Autonomy: you're encouraged to pause or step out when needed and engage at your own pace. If you step out, we will check in after class via email or text. ๐Ÿซถ Support: we use a card system to indicate how much guidance you want during class. You can flip your card at any time, depending on how you're feeling: ๐Ÿ”ด Red - Iโ€™d rather be left alone, thanks! ๐ŸŸก Yellow - I'm open to guidance on form. ๐ŸŸข Green - I'd like some assistance! For us, sensory ease means creating an environment that can be adjusted (where able) to individual needs: โœ”๏ธ Choose a mat that suits you - brighter or dimmer lighting; closer to or further from the instructor; near exits; in quieter spots etc. โœ”๏ธ Move your mat at any time for comfort. โœ”๏ธ Sensory tools and aids welcome - feel free to bring sunglasses, hats, fidget toys, earbuds/headphones, or anything that helps you feel at ease. โœ”๏ธ Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and free to move in. โœ”๏ธ If yoga-mat texture is an issue, feel free to wear clothing that reduces skin-mat contact or bring your own mat/towel. โœ”๏ธ Wear shoes or have bare feet. Due to safety, no standard socks, but love grippy socks (like reformer Pilates/trampoline socks). Please note, there may be some casual chatting before and after class - there is absolutely no pressure to join in. Cancellation Policy

Radiqal Movement works on an appointment based schedule to allow you the time required for your session. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session. Any cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment - to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please go to your 'My Booking Page' or email rm@radiqalmovement.com . Failure to cancel or reschedule a training session within this time will result in you being charged for the session. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
